Introduction
Located in a jurisdiction that is often considered to be highly favorable for online gambling operators, Curacao has hosted 7Bit casino since its founding around 2014 or so. Throughout this review, we’ll investigate what features and policies make up the overall experience offered by the brand.
The first step towards getting acquainted with everything 7bit Casino has in store is understanding how new users sign up for an account there. The company claims to be available worldwide, except where prohibited (mainly countries under U.S. jurisdiction). Potential clients should feel assured that their financial information and other www.7bit.ie personal details will remain safe during the registration process.
To verify this claim, we tested various methods of signing in using different types of email addresses. All were accepted with no issues from a usability standpoint – as users would expect. As part of our analysis, we also evaluated 7Bit’s KYC policy, which appears to be designed for convenience while minimizing hassle.
Account Features and Security
In terms of what happens once an account is created and logged in for the first time, it quickly becomes apparent that this is where players will spend most their time. The available dashboard displays user data and options laid out across several main categories: Balance – which shows deposited balance along with any active bonuses; Payment Methods (with buttons to add or edit payment details); Personal Information (a page where users can input additional identity verification documents if requested); Withdrawals – showing history of payouts as well as a button for initiating new withdrawals.
An aspect that has garnered attention within our assessment is 7bit’s KYC protocol. Once all necessary information, usually including identification and proof-of-residence documents, are uploaded to the server via a secure encrypted channel (HTTPS), verification may take anywhere from several minutes to hours depending on their team’s workload at any given moment.
It bears mentioning that although an account requires just basic demographic data for initial registration – there won’t be immediate access granted without first uploading proof of your age and place of residence documents, nor any other type of information necessary post-launch verification. Users are thus advised ahead of time to have these ready prior the activation process if possible so their transaction times can go smoothly.
Bonus Programs
From a marketing standpoint, one would expect an online casino with a relatively decent reputation such as 7Bit’s to offer at least some sort of welcome package – whether it be free money or just something that rewards players who decide to try out different slots more frequently over time. This turned out indeed true upon first inspection.
The standard setup for new customers is what you could call „decent”: users gain access to up to 5 deposit bonuses worth €/$/£200 each (for the first five days following registration), in addition to a few smaller free spins gifts for signing in every now and again after starting out with those initial offers – so let’s go through all these step by step.
- Each one of the mentioned bonus packs is activated only upon making deposits at specific times, namely: Day 1 (100%), Day 2-3(50%) on both days, day four also fifty percent for deposit five on first.
And don’t even get me started yet about their rewards program which gives loyalty points that convert into extra freebies but can sometimes feel almost as though it has no end goal.
Payment Methods and Withdrawals
The 7bit’s official website lists multiple payment options under „Deposits” and “Withdrawal”. Users may transfer cash via online banking systems, debit cards from Mastercard and VISA etc., or even cryptocurrencies in some jurisdictions (e.g BTC). Unfortunately though for now none of this matters much because – given lackluster speed compared to top sites, it seems like these types aren’t optimized yet either since users experience significant delays getting their winnings processed successfully.
To test our theory about potential payment problems further more thoroughly then let’s look at transaction speeds: As stated prior due some slow withdrawals overall take longer than those who end up selecting other methods (online banking systems appear less so far slower compared to cards). To speed it up clients are encouraged depositing a minimum of 20 Euros before they will have access too fast transfer service.
Software Providers and Games Offered
Given the lackluster performance observed with regard payouts let’s quickly evaluate which providers support game content here; For that purpose, I consulted directly – using an API to retrieve complete lists from said platforms’ developer portals then filtered results based on compatibility indicators found within each software package.
There was little variation across categories: most everything has slots (a mix of modern classic titles by well-known developers like Microgaming or Netent plus some lesser-known ones) and a limited amount of live table games as well video pokers offered throughout the site.
Mobile Compatibility
We took one step back to see if this company’s web services could work equally smoothly when accessed using mobile devices instead of desktop computers. After observing real gameplay and exploring options like responsive layout settings & screen size customization capabilities present at their website (which were found), they did seem well-suited for users on-the-go.
Security, License and Fairness
Here we check over things from the company’s position – focusing more so now what type regulation exists; Upon checking multiple jurisdictions’ gambling board websites then reviewing those very same pages themselves we confirmed that 7Bit operates under a license granted by Antillephone N.V., which holds this right according them since June last year.
In addition they comply fully with all current international standards and their random number generators have been audited successfully time after. But as was mentioned earlier – its also extremely likely customer verification takes too long so some users might still experience difficulties getting money transferred correctly through withdrawal procedures thus impacting entire end user satisfaction rating.
Customer Support
We reached out to the support team directly, sending them a few questions over email about certain policies they have regarding their site’s operation. Here is what we got back from the person in charge – who kindly provided an extensive answer with all our asked queries included.
For reference below you may see answers given by customer service which are also copied verbatim here and can thus act as some sort of basis for evaluating how responsive representatives actually tend towards client needs.
1)Q: Can I use a VPN while signing in to your website? – A: Our system checks IP addresses constantly; if it detects anything suspicious, such action shall lead toward immediate suspension account – hence advise against this method.
2)Q:Is there an option available that lets users disable push notifications they receive regarding promotions from you?
A: Sadly at the moment yes however we can look into making further changes depending on feedback given us about these types stuff so keep them coming.
Final Assessment
When summing up our extensive assessment of 7bit casino and trying to formulate an overall opinion based upon the information gathered throughout it becomes obvious that, while certainly not perfect in every way, this platform has made good attempts across several key areas despite a lackluster performance observed concerning payment processing.
As was pointed out initially within our writeup – users registering for accounts should do so with awareness regarding verification protocols that take effect after initial signups which can sometimes feel tedious or prolonged.
Overall assessment thus concludes this is one among many reliable casino brands offering real entertainment possibilities worldwide and does provide more than its fair share of what people seeking an exciting time playing slots or other popular game types these days would want.
